The Captain
Captain Peter Phillips, a native of Massachusetts, and more recently of Naples since 2015, holds a USCG 100 Ton Masters Captain’s License. Captain Pete has boated, captained and fished most of his life. He is also a Master Marine Surveyor, member of the Cape Cod Charter Boat Association. Captain Pete is a true outdoorsman and is looking forward to having you aboard the Island Oasis for a private, customized charter!
