Deposit & Cancellation Policy

To confirm your trip, a $100 deposit per charter secured by MasterCard, or Visa will be required. Payment of the remaining balance on the day of your charter will be accepted in cash, MasterCard or Visa. If you cancel 48 hrs prior to the scheduled charter, a full refund of the deposit will be paid by company check, however if you cancel within 48 hrs, the deposit is forfeited or applied toward a rescheduled date. No shows will forfeit their entire deposit.

Safety

The safety of you and your party is our priority. Wind and weather can be a factor when planning a trip on the water, in the event of inclement weather in our trip area, Captain Pete at his sole discretion may cancel the trip and your deposit will be fully refunded by company check or applied toward a rescheduled date.

Covid-19 Safety

The Island Oasis is washed down thoroughly in between charters, including disinfection of the onboard restroom. This charter is an outdoor activity with plenty of fresh air! Hand sanitizer is available on board, and masks are optional. Captain Pete is fully vaccinated and boosted.

About us

The Island Oasis is a beautiful sea foam green 2016 25’ Tidewater center console, powered with twin 150HP Yamaha outboard motors, navigation electronics, USCG approved safety equipment along with an onboard toilet. It provides a comfortably smooth, dry ride, with plenty of cushioned seating space.
